You don't seem to understand, even if obito revived Rin, there are still battles and missions and mercenaries in the current world. people still die and have strong emoticions especially pain, hate and anger. either way if obito succeeds or fails what he has done by starting the war, he has already made the ninja world better because of him there is now the allied shinobi force or whatever they are calling themselves these days
