Sasuke's is useless, its just a weaker form of Madara's, same with Itachi.

Shisui's is a mere one time thing, then you're screwed, so not really him either.

Madara has Perfect Susano'o/Rinnegan/EMS and Obito his Kamui with his MS.

Now if you have Obito's eye, you will go blind rather quickly, as you don't have Senju DNA.

Madara, on the other hand, has the EMS and can never go blind + he has the Rinnegan.

If I had eyes of an Uchiha it'd be Madara.

You have to remember that Obito's feats are super-pumped by Hashirama's power.

Without Hashirama's power, he wouldn't be spamming it so much.

For this reason, Shisui's is the best, because it's used so rarely you'd never go blind.

Or, with Hashirama's power, it can be used once every few hours.

And is easily the most hax of the jutsu.
