If so, it's very convincing nonsense.
Point is, Amaterasu is so very similar in execution to Kamui I find it likely to be some sort of "portal" jutsu as well, and Tsukuyomi unquestionably manipulates time.
Aha, and it makes more sense that Amaterasu is a technique which opens a portal to a realm of black fire to pull the flames out :sy:.
Amaterasu is not classified as a space/time technique in the databook, it was clearly said that Amaterasu is a flame which appears wherever the Sharingan aims for; the flames are converging, as it was said, at the spot the Sharingan sees, instantly. Just stop making these stupid theories.
