why shishui is top 10

I don't think Shisui deserves to be in a Top 10 just because of his KA. Okay, he has the strongest Genjutsu at his disposal, but it is an extremely impractical technique which can only be used once in every 10 years and so far his only feats are losing one of his eyes to Danzo and once clashing with Ao.
Mind you Danzo's right arm is Shisui's as well, so he lost to a Danzo that not only didn't have acess to Izanagi, but had to fight with a single arm. His fight with Ao is another dent on his feats since his opponent not only survived, but got intel on his KA as well.
Of course, we lack info on him, but based on what we know so far I don't think he is top 10 material.

shishui was a great shinobi and i think he is underrated on base

• 1)shishui was known as the greatest genjutsu user ever
• 2)shishui was known for his shoshen no jutsu which gives him speed feets
• 3)ka lets you control peoples minds whit out them knowing . the only reason why mufun got out of it is because ao noticed with his byakugan the chakara coming from danzos eye and he new it was KA becuase shishui had fought ao . the only way to counter KA is to be a byakugan user or a really good sensor

xd shishui is definatly top 10 but do you agree or disagree and back it up with facts shodaimeicon:

1)Best genjutsu user Itachi Uchiha, and mot because of KA as he did noe ever use it except on himself

2)Minato, Kabuto, A, Bee, Naruto, Sandaime Raikage, Gai, Sasuke, Jiraiya (sm), Itachi & Obito are easily faster if not somehow
superior to the body flicker technique. Speed won't be a factor.

3)KA it's an OP technique but don't you think it would of been used to stop the Uchiha massacre if it was so useful.

IIRC Shisui did try to stop the massacre by using KA and would have probably been successful were it not for danzo's intervention. I think he pulled his eye out as he was about to cast the genjutsu or something.

Dont gwt me wrong. Shisui was a feared ninja. But he is not close to be in te top 10

I could see it being possible, but right now he lacks the feats & accomplishments to be considered Top 10.

Oh I'm not discussing whether shisui is top 10 or not...I was just responding to ur previous statement. Danzo probably caught him off guard...I actually find it hard to believe someone can just go up to someone life him and just pull his eye out though lol.
