some people do ^^ some people just have negative buoyancy. just means you have to put in a bit more effort to stay afloat

Yup I weigh a whole lot plus i am mostly muscle but i am sure most of us here are to-

that makes sense then ^^ Since muscle and bone tend to be more dense than fat, bodies with more fat tend to be more buoyant, where as those with more muscle (or less fat) tend to be more likely to sink.
If you take in a large breath of air, you tend to float better, due to increase in air, but as you exhale, you'll probably notice that you will begin to sink.
I have a pretty neutral buoyancy...which is nice for scuba diving ^^
