Kakashi's Kaumi does not work against Sasuke's T3 Susssano. If you need a reference just go to the chapter where Sasuke awakens it, you'll see Kakashi's scared face

Even the biggest of fanboys must accept that there is a possibility that Kakashi could execute Sasuke in such a way. However, since both could very easily kill the other with such ease (through either of these jutsu), it makes sense to just look at who the better ninja is overall - EMS Sasuke clearly is, and he could exhaust Kakashi's Kamui with Susano'o arrow or Enton spam. It's just that people need to accept that with great power (Kamui) comes great possibility - no Spiderman though.

The funny thing is, it's Dantee who some time ago posted a thread "A list of who Sasuke 1 shots with Amaterasu" and posted there a long list with Kakashi included. This sums it up.

Kamui is extremly overused, surly there MUST be some counter to it..... And considering that how crazy powerfull madara is.... Im sure he has a counter in there somewere.....

From I can think of, there are several counters against Kamui:
1) Being Obito xd
2) Using bunshins
3) Obscuring Kakashi's sight (if he cannot see you = he cannot Kamui you)

Don't think there are any others. In Madara's case, he would (if he had knowledge) probably use mokuton bunshins plus just in case hide himself. And sadly, bunshins would stomp on Kakashi. U_U
