Can Kakashi be consider an S-rank

Kakashi Is a powerful and intelligent character but can he be consider a s-rank or is he still just a jounin. He has proven that he can battle s-rank ninjas without getting overwhelmed, like taking away deidara's arm, and battling hidan and kakuzu, and also fighting pain, but he did die while battling pain and he always pass out, so can he be consider an s-rank or simply a jounin.

Beyond S, Kakashi is Kage material tbh. Ever realize how he's already familiar with almost everybody he's ever met throughout the entire series, both part 1 and 2? He's a pretty popular guy, he's got the power, has been through plenty missions and came back 1 foot in the grave, and on top of all that was almost Hokage until Tsunade decided to be a jerk.
