Most people in uchia don't even have a sharingan its been stated. It is rare for them to awaken one. Also senjus got nothing but a body. I think uzamaki got best of both worlds. Strong chackra and good body plus amazing life force. They also got the sealing techniques. They were destoryed in people being scared of them.

I'm going to go ahead and say that restraining the Kyubi is a near impossible feat all alone...doing that while fighting Madara Uchiha is unthinkable...but hey Hashirama did it. Mito wasn't st the Valley Of The End so he had to bring it back in order to have it sealed...

But on topic the Uchiha...every named Uchiha has been shown or said to be strong. Except Maybee Sasuke's mother. Also, enough Uchihas were able to unlock their eyes and use Izanagi that Izanami was developed...one or two lucky Uchiha wouldn't bring this about meaning many reached MS. That being said the MS and EMS abilities practically solo most shinobi :/ the only strong Senju we know by name and spoken feats are Tobirama and Hashirama...that's 2 compares to the 6 known MS users 2 of which are now EMS users...Madara going to Rinnegan. Compared to the abilities of the other clans the odds of a 1 on 1 go to the Uchiha even if I'd prefer to say Senju...probably the strongest Shinobi on their own strength is Hashirama, but it doesn't represent a clan as a whole :'(
