No. She will still be hated by many and downgraded.
There will be few, that will arise, the new so-called fans that will start overrating her like hell, just like it happened in Tsunade's situation.
Haven't you seen that after she took out Madara's Susano'o and she was cut in half and still able to summon Katsuyu everyone started to overrate Tsunade like hell?
It wasn't the fact that she got attention, in a way I was content, but the way everyone reacted was wrong. Starting to state that she is the ultimate shinobi just because, disregarding the fact that until now, Tsunade has been showing feats in other ways.

This is what it will probably happen to Sakura's character as well.

The moment a character does some huge pewpewpew, all the fans suddenly appear out of the blue .
That is just how it is.

Almost nobody liked Kabuto, before he took Oro's DNA, even though he was a great character already.
He could regenerate like crazy, was said to be maybe better than tsunade in her prime, had huge anatomy knowledge and could cut almost anything with his scalpels and medical like taijutsu style. He figured out really fast, how to use his body again, after Tsunade threw an electric current through his spine, to mess up his movement (using arm, makes leg move etc). Could do all kinds of jutsus with corpses. Able to summon Manda. Interesting personality. One of the first known spies.
Fanbase: Kabuto, boringggg!

Kabuto gets Sage mode + pewpew.
Fanbase, OMG KABUTO=boss

With Kabuto for me it was strange. I didn't liked him particulary but neither disliked because, for me, he had an intriguing personality that kept me in checkmate all the time, so every time I saw him, I just wondered what he's up next.
It was intriguingly nice. Dunno how to explain it exactly.
I am not denying he is strong, I am just showing how superficial people are when it comes to their preferences of characters.
As I said, and I stand by what I am saying, the majority favor certain characters just because they have flashy, visually appealing jutsus.

At the last part: you got it! It's exactly like that.
Not that I wouldn't defend them, but there isn't anyone to bash about them like there is with them 2.
I came across of defending Itachi one and recently Kakashi since the whole madness with Kakashi's past, killing Rin.
People are so easy to influence.
They already jumped to conclusions not analyzing factors and just by common logic that there is something fishy about it.

I agree with you there that people tend to jump the gun sort of speak when something happens like with Kakashi and Rin without realizing there is more to it. In fact that was the very thing I was thinking when I saw that scene in the manga and other examples to. I have an open mind to alot of things and there is reasoning behind all of it. We have to see whats really the purpose.

I wonder if Sakura is going to surpass Kakashi. If Sakura surpasses Tsunade, I think she should also surpass her other sensei Kakashi.

I think she'll gradually become stronger as she trains hard over time as opposed to Naruto and Sasuke who become stronger with OP power ups. Not saying Sasuke or Naruto don't work for them but for someone with no kkg, no bijuu, it will take a higher amount of effort for her to become strong.
