Shūhei Hisagi is a tall and lean man with dark gray eyes, short black hair and three scars straight over his eye that lead down to his right cheek. Additionally, he has the number "69" tattooed on his left cheek as well as a blue-striped tattoo running across his left cheek and over the bridge of his nose. He wears a choker around his throat and matching armbands on both upper arms.
Personality:
Hisagi is an extremely mature and calm individual, a state that is slightly at odds with his somewhat punk-like appearance. He usually takes responsibility and tends to avoid violence when possible. He also fears his sword's power, because to him, it is something of a sign of respect to battle for justice as well as a testament to the true strength of one's character.*It also seems that while battling, he becomes a darker person and seeks fear in his enemies while in battle. In what little free time he has, he likes to practice on a guitar that he found on one of his missions. He dreams of starting a band. It is also known that he cooks well and his favorite food is Vienna sausage, while he dislikes sea urchins.

Background Info.
History:
Hisagi was born into a poor family in the outskirts of Kumo with barely enough to live off of. His parents passed away when he was just a baby so he was raised by his grandparents and had no siblings. Not too long after, his grandfather died and he was left alone to care for his grandmother. When he was 10 years old, his grandmother became very ill and although she tried he best to hold on, it was no use. But before she died, she gave Hisagi all of the money she had kept and a application form to the ninja academy for him.
Reluctantly, he traveled into the village and gave the application to the head academy teacher who was an old acquaintance of his family who let Hisagi into the acamedy out of pity. Since then Hisagi trained his hardest to graduate and make a living but his main problem was he had no money but then he met a very friendly teacher, Akihiko sensei who helped him train to accomplish his goal.
Two years later, after training with Akihiko sensei, Hisagi graduated and was put in a squad with Akihiko as his sensei. Through the years, they went on various missions until Hisagi was finally promoted to Special Jounin. Ever since this promotion, Hisagi was able to live a better life inside of the village and continued training to become the best and strongest he can be.
One day, he was assigned a mission that was A Ranked, a rank that not even people of his S Jounin status should even be able to go on but the village was short on man power at the time. This is when he realized that no matter what training he has gone through, it wasn't going to be enough in this case. So he went to Akihiko sensei to teach him some more techniques before he embarks on this quest that will take a while. Though he tried to hide it, it was no use, everyone knew he was scared and he knew it too. But Akihiko then told him, it is not your opponent's power you should be afraid of but your own... With this knowledge, Hisagi then goes on to complete his mission...

Kazeshini has the form of two Kusarigama-like weapons, each with two scythe blades, with one inverted, giving it the resemblance of a pinwheel. The blades are connected to a spiked rod tethered together by a long chain. Kazeshini can be swung by its chains in large circles, allowing the bladed portion to spin like a fan. The chains are extendible, giving Hisagi great ranged ability. Kazeshini can also be used for entangling an opponent's sword, or other weapons;
