1.If Kakashi will lose then surely Obito will get his eye back then in my option Obito will be almoust unstopable he will be untouchable that will rue the plan of killing him
2.Kakashi may win with an trick or help and also take the eye then he wuld be the moust powerful in narutoverse
So what you think will be the end of that senario we know that its ther both final fight and one of them will surely die
Who do u want to die the moust why and what will be the eye fate of loser.

Madara has a lot to do with everything. He made Tobi/Obito. Besides that, Madara was the only one capable of killing all five Kage. Something Tobi couldn't and need Sasuke to weaken them during the Kage summit to take them hostage. I think his inability to kill or character development (the fact his identity is Obito) becuase of plot makes him a bad villian Meh, it doesn't matter, your opinion.
