It's not certain but very close.
I'm worried about the future, too. If Kishi is ready to kill Hinata (not to mention Kakashi) he will also be fready to make Sasuke really bad even if he's his fav character.
If Pain can do this what will Madara be able to do? He has to be stronger than Pain.

I won't believe until its confirmed. I always wanted and still want Hinata to be with Naruto. Man, I am holding myself from crying. I never felt like this in the whole manga.

If she is dead now Naruto is destroyed. Imagine something like this happening to you? Someone who loved you in secret for so many years now giving his/her life to protect you and die in front of your eyes?

Also I don't believe that showing Nenji in the beginning is random, maybe he will be able to save her somehow. I hope

She can't be dead because she was hidden, we didn't saw the whole picture only some place where she was stabbed. Maybe Pain only wounded her. (Maybe he is trying to make Naruto feel the same pain ) damn I am confused. I don't know how this but I don't think that Hinata is dead.

ok either 1 of 2 things happened. either 1) pein killed her. or 2) pein is trying to show naruto his pain in making naruto think he killed her. because seriously isnt it way to convinient that she dies right after she tells naruto her feelings?
