Hey guys, haven't made a thread in a while and I've been thinking this for a while. It may be useless but just what I think. Not including SO6P, or sons (They have no hype or feats anyways.) This list is based off of what we've seen, hype, and feats, if you want me to explain any of them because you feel that they shouldn't be there, by all means, ask.

1. Madara Uchiha (Current)
2. Hashirama Senju
3. Obito Uchiha
4. Naruto Uzumaki
5. Nagato Uzumaki
6. Minato Namikaze
7. Sasuke Uchiha
8. Onooki
9. Itachi Uchiha
10. Orochimaru
11. Muu
12. Tobirama Senju
13. Third Raikage
14. A
15. Killer Bee
16. Kakashi Hatake
17. Gai
18. Gaara
19. Fourth Kazekage
20. Kinkaku & Ginkaku (I consider them as one because I doubt that they've ever fought with one by each other's side)

I thought of this list for about an hour and I think that it's a good list. Some of these people are tied but I just put whoever I thought deserved the spot first.

I think Mu should be above Onoki, but other than that, it seems pretty accurate

Well not the last time, but you get what I mean, Kabuto doesn't have Orochimaru DNA anymore and that was the key to most of his justu.

Im glad Hiruzen isnt on ther. But Nagato is not that high. He cant be healthy because then he didnt know any techs

The Nagato that was an Edo knew all of the techniques.

I don't understand why you set up your list in that way, but it's your list. It's a very good one even if Kabuto is not there.

Sasuke isn't above itachi orochimaru (with hands) 3rd raikage Muu killer bee (when he gets his power up maybe but not now Hes no difference then kage summit just tht he has full upper body Susanno and he can't go blind)

Kakashi isn't over gaara gai is debatable over gaara

Minato isn't over orochimaru

Itachi=minato=orochimaru
Orochimaru=minato=itachi
Minato=orochimaru=itachi
3rd raikage (I belive he would beat minato and itachi and maybe oro but oro and minato have good wind techs so idk I might put him up.)
2nd mizukage =bee=jariya
Jariya=2nd mizukage=bee
Bee=jariya=2nd mizukage
Gaara= and Danzo

Didn't add sasuke because we haven't seen him any different from when he was at kage summit I'm waiting for him to show some new power
Out of the kages I Dnt see him beating gaara onooki
Onooki obvious reasons
Gaara because gaara has blocked amatratsu b4
He has faught 5 susannos with legs at once he can fight sasukes 1
Also the Susanno arrow couldn't even fully break pillar gaara defense over pillar witch is over Susanno arrow (when aimed at kabuto who dodged)
Lighting gaar can avoid now with the amount of sand he has as well as create not to mention he can fly to keep distance

Kabuto didn't add because he lost orochimaru chakra if kabuto could do dragon sage without it he wouldn't have went for oro chakra in first place also he's lost all the chakra he's got from oro not to mention the curse mark the sound four plus kimmimaru and anko so he doesn't have the chakra or control for edo tensi he had b4

When you say 20 shinobi, but i guess your list is okay just move gingaku and shinkaku a little but higher

It's quite good but i'm baffled as to why you have this beef with Kabuto.

Been a while since I made one of these, mine (top 10) would be;

1. Kabuto (Edo Tensei)
2. Obito/Edo Madara
3. Edo Madara/Obito
4. Nagato/Hashirama
5. Hashirama/Nagato
6. Naruto
7. *Prime Hiruzen
8. Minato
9. Sasuke

Well, mostly because most of his power is not his. I can see 1 or 2 things is okay, but none of his power is his, only DSM and he can only maintain that with Orochimaru's DNA. I won't lie, I've always hated Kabuto but becoming Kabutomaru just pissed me off seeing as how none of the stuff that he has is his. You guys also have to look at why the Edo Tensei was so strong: because of Anko. If he never captured Anko then the Edo Tensei would've been much weaker. And you may say "Well, what about Edo Madara or Sasuke, they have stolen powers," but the thing is that Madara has only 1 stolen DNA whilst Kabuto has over 10 stolen DNA. As for Sasuke, none of his powers were stolen or given to him, he earned them through learning the truth about Itachi and as he was about to go blind, he took Itachi's eyes.
