Its easier to make the army more relevant in the Anime to make it more action packed. In writing it into the Manga it would take forever to get to the main storyline so why not have the cool extra action in the anime instead of having super boring fillers and having to wait possibly a year for anything to be accomplished in the manga?

i dont care what the army does....i just think naruto needs a break...he's been fighting CONSTANTLY ever since he played "it" with raikage lmao

and i think everyone should retreat (if the army sucks) lol

The army will probably reach the fight in 5-10 chapters IMO. What do you guys think? Leaning towards 10 more chapters because Kishi may give more flash backs, he better not for a while, or we might go back to Sasuke.

i think within the next 2-3 chapters the army will appear OR sasuke and oro will arrive

i say 2-3 chapters because naruto can only use BM mode for 5 min MEANING naruto will need a little backup soon and the army can appear at ANY moment now...sasuke and oro are random right now....but SOMETHING has to happen AFTER bm naruto 5 mins is up

why would they retreat? Madara just has to drop a meteor on them = k0. he could also make a few susanoo clones if he gets bored
