Well he was in part 1 during chunnin exams,pain arc, and I think in first couple episodes. So hes a minor to mid importance character.
Oh and can you guys tell how itachi is over rated. I don't see a lot of his fanboys nowadays.

Did you read what I said for the third. I am basing my opinion on the third on what we saw in his fights. Not what Iruka said. You know why because we all know hashi>hiruze. Just depends if you want to admit it or not.

1.They do nothing. they always get owned like their nothing. We havnt seen any strong people them expect a handful.
2.He is weak. He uses only water style and space time. His water isnt the best. He got owned by 20 ninjas we know their elite. He almost got killed by kinaku and ginaku. wHy am i saying those two. The reason is thier not jinchurikis. They cant do tbbs. You can seal them.

i dont at all agree with ur list. The the anbu work in secret nd what do u kno about tobirama, the greatest water user Hiruzen. I thnk the 1s a bit overrated r Skikamara, Ebisu, Neji, nd to some extent Kakashi. He was awesome at the start of the series. Evn now nd said to copy 1000 jutsus. Bt we havnt cn even 100 of his jutsus. He rarely uses them. Minato nd Hiruzen were all these times told as the strongest hokage nd we were confused. Bt now we kno its Hashi.

His edo was imperfect. Also he didnt use it a lot. He declared it forbiden. Also because he invented it why didnt he realease him self from it. Show he is over rated. He was smart enough to realease him from his own jutsu.

I think you forgot madara. I don't remember correctly if he was in total control semi or no control. Also when tobirma was first summoned he could have realeased him self.
