Is Sai > K11?

Can Sai defeat all of K11 individually? Not including Naruto

His ability to fly gives a huge advantage over each member of K11

I also thought Shino was the only one with a good fighting chance. Choji in BM has the size and jumping/flying capabilities, but would he be able to land a hit. Sakura and Neji, how so?

Neji has shown himself to be pretty agile so attacks from long range would be in his capacity to dodge or defend against. Sakura is pretty durable and has healing capabilities to make this a long and drawn out fight.

srry but I never liked Sai that much it was only recently that I started caring a lil about him cuz his story, but i guess he could take them

I don't think that would work because the bird isn't in contact with the shadow

It doesn't work like that. The opponent needs to be touching the ground in order for Shikamaru's shadow possession to work properly.

Sai is the 4th strongest in Konoha 11 IMO. Right behind Lee, Neji and Choji. He may be able to beat Neji though because of flight but Choji can also do the same and Lee could blitz him or jump high enough to bring him down if he uses gates.

Sai has better feats than Shino which leads me to believe that he can beat him as well.
