sasuke wants to revive the uchiha clan but there is only one way to do so which is to revive them with edo tensai or get the rinnegan to revive the clan.

now many believe that sasuke wouldn't even go for senju dna and has no knowlegde of the senju powers but is that even true i mean sasuke saw hashirama powers when he fought yamato and then saw a performance boost of the sharingan with senju dna by seeing danzo izanami and other abilities.

also sasuke is visiting the one who knows everything who knows about his clan and the village so if this is true then if sasuke learns of his clans and also the hidden leaf village clans like the senju then sasuke would hear about the senju being ancestors of the sage of six path's and how madara uchiha the uchiha leader took senju dna to gain strength of the rinnegan.

if sasuke does get this info he may want to get a zetsu clone from the battlefield and insert it into his body to gain the rinnegan and sasuke is probably compatible since tobi said that he believed sasuke could help maintain the gedo mazou and also be more powerful than nagato.(so when nagato died tobi could have possible thought of giving sasuke senju dna to get the rinnegan to use gedo mazou and also be more powerful than nagato.)

maybe but the thing is we don't know how much chakra it would take on him thhe thing is even though nagato had lots of chakra he was already tired when he revived the hidden leaf village but still manged to revive the entire village after fighting them all and then going up against the nine tails.

also sassuke is from the uchiha clan so the chakra usage may be less unlike nagato but anything can happen.
