*I unsheathe my sword and then concentrate my wind chakra throughout my entire body and then I channel the chakra into my arms and hands. I bring the sword above my head and channel the chakra into the blade of the sword and then using the force and speed of Wind chakra I release the chakra from my arms and hands swinging the sword down faster than usual. As it comes down I release the chakra from the blade releasing a sharp and dense current of wind that when it comes in contact with your clone it will leave a large cut down his chest that would spray blood just like in Bleach.*

I'll give it a go

*I grip my sword tightly in my right hand whilst concentrating my wind chakra throughout my entire body and then I channel the chakra into my arms and hands. I lift the sword above my head and then look at the area at which your clone is standing in before I swing. I then swing the sword downward channeling the wind chakra into it and releasing it making the chakra much more dense than I normally do creating a powerful gust of Wind. This would blow any tools, lightning jutsu and the clone if we are in mid range of each other away.*

I suppose if it had been a stream of wind, my cutting it in half would not stop it's momentum fully I think it would continue forward or the stream could just slip through the wind wall in front of me and I wouldn't be able to cut it in half but I'm really not sure

If the jutsu was a stream of wind, it'd be a bigger stream of wind flowing back at the enemy. Likewise, if it was a ball, it would be a stronger ball of wind that would be aimed back at the enemy.

I concentrate wind chakra throughout my body and then I quickly start to channel my wind chakra into my hand whilst raising it and pointing the palm of my hand towards. When the chakra reaches my hand I begin to build up the pressure. When I feel I've built up enough pressure I release it all at once from my hand, releasing a vortex of wind that is now travelling towards you whilst I get pushed back by the immense force of the wind.*

If I had changed the angle, like for example if I had pointed my palm towards the ground and released I would have been shot up into the air. But I believe I wouldn't have needed to do that because there's another jutsu for that, C-Rank I believe.

Well if the ground was covered in dust and you did that the dust would blow in every direction creating somewhat of a dust cloud covering you and if your in short range from your enemy he should be caught in it too. This would give you the element of surprise considering that you are above him and he's in the dust cloud.

I then start to spin the chakra until it reaches very fast speeds, I make the chakra dense so that no holes form in the whirlwind. I make the diameter wide enough so that you can fit inside, then I spin it towards you, cutting up small portions of the ground and sucking up the small rocks from there as it goes. When it reaches you it should suck you up and do some major cutting damage to your body.*
