Yes oro originally developed the cursed seals through experimentation on jugo -->(fromNW)
then how come his cursed seal mark similar with uchiha sharingan? maybe its a coincidence?

can you show what chapter in manga they show the other mark seals?

I dont think you understand the link between the curse seal and the uchiha or should i say the 3 tomoe sharingan.
If you havent noticed the uchiha on numerous times have been said to have a curse of hatred upon them and the sharingan is said to be an accursed power, that is why i believe the curse seal and the 3 tomoe sharingan are so identical because both represent a curse, in one way or another, but also both represent an accursed power.

Btw there are two variations of it. The other variation is seal of earth, which i think kimimaro had and this didnt have the usually design
