Okay.
I'd like to know first and foremost why you want to learn Taijutsu and how you plan to use it during a battle.

Taijutsu is hand to hand combat with out any use of chakra. it's speed makes it more versatile than nin or gen jutsu for close range combat. taijutsu also increases the user's speed, stamina as well as reflection time. this are the reason i want to learn taijutsu. since taijutsu don't use any chakra or hand seal i can use it quickly counter or attract my enemy while in close range, or i can use it as a combo with ninjutsu.

that's all i know :(

2. With speed, comes surprise. Within the time frame it takes your opponent to form handseals and use a jutsu, you can instantly kick them and do damage first.
3. Physical training is important, as I said earlier.

Okay, I can teach you more as we progress through the training.
For now, start by doing push-ups, and tell me why it's important to warm up before heavy exercise.

-puts both of my hand on the ground and make my body straight on the ground. bending my hand i keep it near to my chest(both right and left) and start doing push-ups. 1 .... 6... 16... 31 ........


- warming up increases the blood circulation through the mussels and tissues, making the muscles more pliable. Increases delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the muscles. This prevents from getting out of breath early or too easily. prepares the heart for an increase in activity, preventing a rapid increase in blood pressure, which can cause damage to the nerves as well as the brain. it also give better coordination among different part of our body and increase our reaction time.-

You get the chakra flowing too.
There is one important thing you must remember when fighting with Taijutsu.
You must always be detailed.
I will emphasize more on this later.
Let's begin simple.

Begin by running at my clone and then punching him.

understood sensei.

-As your clone starts running, i run after him as well. i observe your clone's speed and increase my speed so that i can lower the gap between us quickly. as i reach close enough to him, instead of running just behind him, i move a bit left, so that i can run freely without messing up the footsteps. since i moved a bit left and running together just behind him, i can use my right hand easily to punch him. at that position i simply load a punch quickly and thrust it on the clone's back making him poof.-

Running is a great way to increase your power, but please explain why.
Stepping down with your dominant feet to ensure footing also is a great way to increase the power in your punch.
Be specific on where you punched my clone on the back. Usually, the chest is a much easier target, there is no need to wind all the way to the back.
Try again and aim for my clone's chest.

-as i see your clone, i start running straight towards him. just before i reach close range, i bend my right arm and keep the fist close to my side. just as i approach close range (at that position, my right leg should be forward so that i can make the last step with my right leg) i move my upper body a bit clockwise and press down my right leg onto the ground with more force so that i can gain extra momentum for my punch. after doing this, i thrust my right arm straight forward onto the clone's chest with my fist. while doing so, i move my upper body back anticlockwise to use my full body's force for the parallel punch. -

running increases the power of the blow. to think it simply, if i hit someone who is running with a great speed, will surely cause some damage on me. on the other hand if i hit someone who is walking won't cause any damage. we gain extra momentum by running, while punching we shift the hole body's momentum on the victim through our hand. since it's concentrated in a single part of the victim, the punch can easily break some bones or cause even more damage which is impossible without running.

Yes, according to Newton's First Law of Physics, every object will continue to move unless something obstructs its path or friction slows it down. Running allows you to gather momentum and strike by allowing that very force to be continued.
Very good detail, you knew which hands to punch with, you emphasized on your move.
Only thing that would be missing is where exactly your fist makes contact.
Let's say you actually aimed for his heart. If applied enough pressure on a real human body, the ribs can actually break, causing the bone to pierce the heart for an instant death.
Don't ever disregard details. ^_^

understood sensei.. and i'll try to be as detailed as possible.

- i start running at your clone with a medium speed while slowly increasing it (if i begin running at full speed there is chance i i'll mess up while jumping and lose control). i am running in a line where i can get passed him with a one and half feet distance, if i keep going without a kick (he will be on my right side doing so). the gap is just to make sure i have enough space to spread my right leg and make a horizontal kick. as i approach close to him, i thrust my left leg onto the ground and push it further to make a jump towards your clone (after the jump i'll move with a 45 degree angle upwards while reaching your clone). with the jump i add a little spin on me from right to left. i bend my right leg and at once thrust it at your clone's face. my leg was moved as horizontal as possible and while doing so my upper body should bend a bit left to keep the balance. the spin on my body should further aid the kick. i used the ending part of tibula(where it joins with foot) to hit just under your clone's eye line (left side of your clone's face, his left btw not mine). after the hit, my momentum should throw your clone backwards.-

Very well done, only thing would be missing is to add a bit of the bodily impact on my clone.

Alright, now explain to me the difference between a 180 and a 360 kick.

and sorry for the late reply, i was ill.

- 180 kick is lot faster and easier at the same time. 360 kick is very hard to perform and take a lot effort. but 360 kick has a lot more power in it compared to a 180 kick due to the extra spin, enough to break a human neck in one kick. the risks of 360 kick is higher as well. if the user's timing is even a bit dull he can get injured.-

thanks. well i have been better than before :)


-As i see your clone running at me, i take the general stance for a 180 kick. i keep my body body in a 90 degree angle with the line you're clone is running. so he will reach me directly from my left. also i make fists and keep my both hands near my chest and spread my legs a bit. as he reaches close range, i quickly turn clockwise and lift my right leg up to the height where it can hit the clone's mid section (lower stomach). as i spin quickly (reverse spin compared to your clone) and spread my leg at your clone, my right leg hits the clone's mid section(from his right side). the force of my spin and his speed, both work against him. this will throw him off balance and make him fall on the ground after one or two steps towards his left. the impact of falling on the ground should cause almost same amount of pain as the kick. after the kick i'll be standing on the ground while facing the opposite direction of my primary stance. -

Well done, but if he's running at a high speed, the usual impact would that he would be also tossed into the air, his own force deflected back at him.
Proceed to finish him off completely, like a regular opponent.

- after the kick, i quickly jump over to the clone. while moving towards him, i bring out a kunai in my right hand and thrust it into his chest as i reach him. this makes the clone go poof-

The attack is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. The goal is to throw the enemy off balance, and deal damage to the lower half of their body.
Now, proceed to dash at my clone once more, but throw your leg out at a higher position on his body, so that his eyes are focused upon it. Then, use your other, dominant leg to aim for his rib cage for the real damage.
