Hello Sasuke. So, before we begin, could you explain why you want to learn Raiton and how it so fascinates you?

 

[Sasuke..]

The reason Raiton fascinates me and makes me eager to learn it is because there's just so many things you can do with Raiton such as paralyzing abilities which leaves your opponent open, it's destructive piercing power when infused with a weapon or even your own hands, and also the ability to increase your own speed when used wisely.

 

[Adachi]

Well said. Sasuke is a particular fan of using Raiton, as you may know, haha, and we will learn many of his techniques later.

So let's discuss Raiton a bit further. What are its weaknesses and why? Also, what is it strong against and how do you capitalize on this advantage?

 

[Sasuke..]

Sasuke:Mhm, i can't wait.

Well..for starters Raiton's primary weakness is Wind because it is a natural electrical insulator, and what it's strong against is Earth since it can break apart and disintegrate the element with ease, also Raiton isn't particulary stronger then Water because Raiton does not have a physical form that you can touch whereas Water does, so the most efficient way to combine these two is to either cloak the water with lightning in a combined attack to maximize the damage, or cloak the opponent with water and then use Lightning.

Also i think it could be used in combination with a Fireball by firing Raiton and Katon at the same time and hiding the Lightning inside the fireball to suprise the enemy.

Ah i totally forgot about that..*facepalm*

No, Raiton element chakra does not flow like the stated above ones the chakra generate's lightning by increasing high frequency vibrations within the chakra, lightning is not a physical/solid matter unlike water and earth but instead is a technique that is released from their bodies, meaning it does not require physical contact, it does not move as fast as true lightning. Instead, due to the control the user has to exert over it, it moves far slower, which can give opponents time to still react. And my impressions on Raiton are that it's basically the best offensive element because of all the possible combinations available for the element, and if you are very skilled at the element you could conduct raw lightning to your advantage which is immensily stronger then the chakra-made Raiton.

Lightning is pretty wild, thus, through training, you learn how to get a good grip over it. Raw lightning can be jutsus like Kirin, which we will be learning sometime soon. You must control Lightning properly or it will go out of control.

As i grab the two cloths from your hands i start to rub them against eachother to generate static electricity, as i get a small shock i startled a bit but after a while i became accustomed to the shock and drop the cloths and try to replicate the electricity with my very own chakra and eventually got to replicate it by increasing the frequency vibrations from deep within my chakra and finally made a small Raiton bolt.

Very good. Now, since Lightning is rather unstable, you'll have to strive to control it properly. Try to summon up that feeling once more, but direct it at my clone in a specific place.

As i start focusing chakra in my hand, i picture as if i still had the cloths and imagine the electricity running through my veines and feel comfortable with it. I then make Raiton chakra appear around my right arm and direct it at the bunshin... >.>! HEY! how do i fire this thi- *ZAP* after the smoke clears i found out that after focusing and directing the Raiton chakra towards your bunshin and releasing the chakra at once made it release from my palms and hit the target with great succesion.

Hmm..i think i would go for the vital organs or the muscles to increase the chance to paralyze the enemy in addition with the damage it already can inflict.

Yes i do remember what will happen to the earth, once lightning travels through earth the earth will shatter/disintegrate upon contact because Raiton is superior to Doton.

Well it should poof that's for sure >.>!
But i guess it should paralyze your legs

It makes the opponent vulnerable for attacks once paralyzed and immobilizes their taijutsu and if you paralyze them to the point that they can't stand anymore the battle is pretty much in your favor.
