He was said to have the most Chakra of any Akatsuki member. He would be next to infinite.

He aint jinchuriki so how he gona turn into a beast form? Also if he was kurama he could be sealed controlled etc. Even through kurama boss you can just hypnotize him and seal him. Or death summoning.

Not a great combination. Kisame already has large reserves of chakra so it's not like he'll be running out.
