Naruto could have finished off Obito with one hit if he wanted

You could laugh if you want but the reason why I said that if Naruto wanted to kill Obito with one hit he could is because of this.

Naruto clearly told him that bashing the mask off his face was the first thing he would do and he did with a Rasengan.
Remember that the same thing happened with Sasuke when Naruto told him that he would scratch his head-plate.
Ask yourself this, If Naruto has more effective and powerful variations of the Rasengan, why is this the one he used to shatter the mask? TBB would work because he had to create the Rasengan before Kakashi sent him to the next dimention.
Why didn't he go for his chest instead of saying that you will have to bash that mask off his face first and backing it up.
