The one that know everything=Oracle

The reason why we have 2 neo because we have to main character but alternative .The moon eye plan is basically puting everyone in one jutsu.This mean everyone will be in one dream world.How will the people survive whileunder infinite tsukyomi?I believe the tentail will use it tubes to provide them with chakra similar to old madara.
Sasuke is going to meet the oracle/The one that know everything where he decide his path to support the matrix or fight against it.Naruto already make hisdecision when he train killerbee on turtle
