Orochimaru would have still been toying with The Third Hokage like he was with the other two on his side... Considering that he took out Hashirama and Tobirama shows that Orochimaru was not using the Impure resurrection to its fullest ability... The Third Hokage would have been toast if Hashirama busted out his full potential. ​

^This. If there were all three of them it would have gone the same. Orochimaru being the sadist he is would have still just messed around with Sarutobi and given him the opportunity to RDS them all, he still would have ended up without arms, the plan still would have failed.

The third hokage has sparred or witnessed all three in combat before, the only thing that would have changed is that the third would have made another clone to use death reaper seal to seal minato to save the village. And we know now that orochimaru was going to summon madara but the third stopped his summoning, which would have changed everything if he succeeded.

it wasnt the 4th hokage in the 3rd coffin because we know you cant re summon a soul thats been sealed by the death reaper

im guessing it was probably madara in the 3rd coffin

I think so aswell, the third hokage said "I stopped the third coffin" implying it would have worked if he didn't try to stop it, here is a video of that episode. About 14mins in you can see him state that.
It had to be madara otherwise how would Kabuto have gotten madara's DNA or access to his body..
