Its because people hate his personality, I don't see anything wrong with his character considering he has valid reason to want revenge.

I want to see where he is going and possibly see him fight someone so we can see his powers advance... I hope they are going to the hidden leaf to the uchiha shrine so that he could progress his powers further either to fight naruto or help him defeat madara or something completely unexpected.
