You're simply not getting. Susano is big. Infact bigger than anything he's ever teleported. However he doesnt needs to teleport the whole thing. He only needs to teleport the small portion of susano that covering Sasuke's head of whichever part of his body he aims at. As I've said earlier. He already teleported susano's arrows meaning susano can be teleported too.
Now as to why he didnt do it earlier use your head will ya. Could it be because he didnt have time to think about that. Or that killing Sasuke at that point wouldnt have stopped the arrow? Kakashi reacted on an impulse.

Unless he's using the full susano with the shield down infront of him, the part of susano that is covering Sasuke is actually just a few inches thick. A single kamui should be able to get that and Sasuke at the same time.
In any case idk why am even arguing this. My original argument was Kakashi can one shot Sasuke with kamui, before he has time to do anything about it just as easily as Sasuke can amaterasu him.

Gaara If he encases himself with sand to block Sasuke's vision from reaching him, he can counter amaterasu. Otherwise he gets burned but sand armour would slow down the flames from burning him allowing him to remove the flames.
Fodder 11 I think Neji and Lee can avoid it for various reasons but the rest get one shotted
Bee Yes although if he has his chakra cloak on, the speed coupled with the defence could potentially save him from an initial attack but he'd get burned eventually.
Mei Acid mist would block Sasuke's vision although Sasuke can blitz her.
3rd Raikage Yeah but the lightning armour and his own body could withstand the flames for a few minutes before he gets killed.
Onooki He could use rock clones.
Muu Amaterasu won't hit him if he goes invisible. He is also a sensor so he could sense it and prepare for it. He also has the ability to shed his body into two copies.
Kakashi Could go underground or use clones to avoid it.
Gai He is very fast so it may not even hit him initially but he'll go down eventually
Kisame He can spam water clones as he has a huge amount of chakra.
