Yea susano's single layer wont be enough. If Kakashi can warp a whole person now, a single layer of susano wont stop it.
Secondly there's no way sasuke what Sasuke was going to do. Sasuke even explained it to him. He only chose to activate it at the last second for the dramatic effect.
Sasuke wont see kamui coming, and he wont have enough time to react.

That is your opinion. How can Kakashi kamui sussano? It is too damn big, not to mention it is a manifestation of chakra, not a physical object. So even if I go by your logic and Kakashi tries to suck in the chakra surrounding Sasuke - not going to happen, but still very very very hypothetically speaking - he can always let more flow out of his body to maintain it. How long with Kakashi keep doing it? Sasuke has a very large amount of chakra, Kakashi would die by the time he tries a 6th one.

Please show me proof of kamui penetrating the susano or where they talk about it? Because I don't remember Sasuke saying kamui could hit him through susano.

Use your imagination a bit. If Kakashi wants to kamui Sasuke's head off for instance, he doesnt need to kamui the whole of susano first. He only needs to get rid of the part that is protecting Sasuke's head along with Sasuke's head.
And this is all based on the assumption Sasuke will have time to react to kamui, which he wont.

Exactly. Kakashi has not even shown any Kamui feat at the level of warping chakra. And as if Sasuke would stand still, yelling, "take my head out fool, I ain't going to do no shit". :/

Edit: He's also used kamui on susano arrow which also a chakra manifestation like susano itself. I dont even know why am arguing this. This should be common sense.

Yes there are a lot of people who Sasuke could one shot with amaterasu such as most of the Konoha 11 minus Naruto due to obvious reasons but I think even though I think Sasuke is stronger than Kakashi he wouldn't one shot him same with Jiraiya and Tsunade there not Sanin for nothing, the people I think Sasuke would as you say one shot with amaterasu are unimportant or weak characters.

Because Manga hasn't shown it. Simple. Unless Manga doesn't show him using Kamui on a target that big, it isn't happening. If that was the case, then instead of going after Sasuke he would've simply used another Kamui to take out his head like you suggested. Don't give me 'plot no jutsu' logic here. You're simply not getting it. Susano is big. Infact bigger than anything he's ever teleported. However he doesnt needs to teleport the whole thing. He only needs to teleport the small portion of susano that covering Sasuke's head of whichever part of his body he aims at. As I've said earlier. He already teleported susano's arrows meaning susano can be teleported too.
Now as to why he didnt do it earlier use your head will ya. Could it be because he didnt have time to think about that. Or that killing Sasuke at that point wouldnt have stopped the arrow? Kakashi reacted on an impulse.

Exactly, THE ARROW which is not a constant source of chakra, the susano is an Extension of sasukes body Which protects him while it sustains itself from his chakra and his Anger... There is still no Proof that the susano can be kamui'd nor can it be proven to hit the user inside...
