Most likely a draw. If Madara, who had the kyuubi(which had both yin and yang chakra), who had EMS and Perfect Stabilized Susanoo, and who's fire techniques were on another level, couldn't beat him then they would need a miracle just to draw. But winning, no. Not happening.

hashirama beat madara uchiha who had the kyuubi. 100%kyuubi>hachibi. hashirama beat perfect susano so sasuke and itachis susanos get fodderized. their katons are nothing compared to madara and they lack the destructive power to kill hashirama.
