Sigh....read it;don't make a habit of posting stuff but I'd have to say sasuke wins. No explanation needed! I mean its obvius. Amaterasu+chidori+sharigan that cam see through all jitsu+genius ninja+EMS+Susanoo+Possible izanami and izanagi (whether he will go blind or not is uncertain as he has the EMS now)+kirin = Total ownage!

Actually i disagree because chidori will be nullified by the oil. Ametarasu CAN own mizukage IF he can get him... the mizukage clone is much faster than sasuke therefore amaterasu is useless in this situation. And good thread

Wouldn't Joki boy just combust with an even higher magnitude explosion, spreading the flames of amaretsu everywhere (potentially on Sasuke) and then just reform through condensation ?

Well the flames would just land on Susanoo and Sasuke could manipulate those flames[

]. I also was not saying that Sasuke would use Amaterasu I was just comparing speeds because someone before me said Jouki boy was faster than Amaterasu. Susanoo Arrow, whose to say that the Susanoo Arrow piercing would not puncture a hole in Jouki Boy and give the evaporating water a place to escape?

It would depend on how fast the second mizukage could switch from water to oil and how sasuke could switch from fire to lightning.... I would give sasuke the advantage because of his ms, but never underestimate a kage....

if the mizukage uses hydrafication katon causes evaporation now.

What if sasuke uses it on joki boy before he gets to his exploding peak

and whoever said that since the mizukage was a highly skilled genjutsu user it wouldn't work on him

Orochimaru who knew everything about everything got put in genjutsu with ease

so my point is sasuke doesn't allow mizukage to uses joki boy

then what he avoids amaterasu with base speed

and how would mizukage take care of susanoo

the claim was that he would use joki boy to blow the flames back on the susanoo.

but can't sasuke manipulate the flames or simply stop them.

My opinion is still that sasuke wins this with mid difficulty

do to the fact the mizukage isn't edo and he has nothing to handle susanoo

To people saying that the Mizukage can counter by somehow blowing Ama flames onto Susanoo:

This wouldn't matter at all. Have you forgotten that Sasuke covered his Susanoo ribs in Ama flames with no detrimental effect? It is obvoius that his Ama doens't affect his own Susanoo, probably due to them being similar in some way (the whole tsukyomi giving amaterasu form to create susanoo).

As soon as Mizukage switches from oil to water in light of a fire jutsu, Sasuke can hit him with a chidori variant such as senbon or spear. This nullifies the Mizukage's hydrification either way. Sasuke sees through Mizukage's genjutsu since it only effects sight. MS Sasuke wins this.

Also,if Sasuke sees the giant oil clone im pretty sure the first thing he will do is destroy it,thus keeping it from exploding multiple times and causing a distraction.

Very detailed thread, I personally think it just comes down to if Sasuke can see through the mist with his MS though, something we simply don't know without more information on how the Clam's Genjutsu works.

Everyone needs to consider the fact MS Sasuke is hot headed and goes for quick victories and Amaterasu. MS techs drain Sasuke like no other and he always clutches his eyes in pain which would give Second Mizu openings.

As for the mirage genjutsu, yes Sasuke would see through it but all he would see are two Mizus and two clams as they have the same chakra color. It would still cause confusion for Sasuke.

Sasuke also has no real solution for Jokey Boy.

You're overlooking a major detail: Nidaime Mizukage uses the same ability as Suigetsu and Mangetsu, but instead of water, he turns into oil; meaning that fire is actually one of his worst nightmares. Gaara first stated that his body's liquid form resembles oil more than it does water when it comes to the consitency, Oonoki confirmed that it's actual oil by explaing Jouki Boy. Your claim that he turns into a mixture of both is a mere assumption, and it was nowhere stated nor implied that he can choose whether he wants to turn into oil or water. As soon as Sasuke figures the oil out, which shouldn't take too long considering its very consistence and Sasuke's analytical prowess, the Mizukage is a dead man.

You're also wrong about Genjutsu. Being skilled at Genjutsu is not enough to break the Sharingan's hypnotic illusions, especially when they exceed the affection of just the eyes. [

] Orochimaru and Shee were both extremely skilled in the arts of Genjutsu (with the former having 5 points, the very maximum, at that category), yet they were unable to break the Sharingan's Genjutsu. Just as Itachi and Sasuke are both extraordinary skilled when it comes to Genjutu, yet fell prey to Kabuto's Senjutsu enhanced flute Genjutsu and couldn't break it by normal means. If Sasuke manages to to trap him inside one of his stronger illusions, I don't see him escaping. Mizukage's Genjutsu, on the other hand, is basically useless against Sasuke, as his Sharingan (that demonstrated its capability of breaking visio-affecting Genjutsu more than once) will see right through it, giving the clear edge to Sasuke in that department.

All in all, I see Sasuke winning this match.
