*I mold my chakra and channel it to my hand with which I hold the water ballon, as I do that, I try to cause the water ballon to burst by spinning the water inside, using shape manipulation that causes rotation, as I do that I think to my self "this jutsu is said to require the highest form of shape manipulation" I continue to focus more chakra to make the water spin inside the balloon, the water then starts to spin, as I see that, I continue focusing more chakra, while causing it to rotate till it eventually burst*

*I start again, by molding my chakra and channel it to my hand with which I hold the water balloon once again, as I do that, I try to cause the water ballon to burst by spinning the water inside using shape manipulation that causing rotation, I try to cause my chakra to rotate in as many directions as possible I continue to focus more chakra to make the water spin inside the balloon in several directions, as I do that, I continue focusing more chakra, while causing it to rotate in as many directions as possible till it bursts

*I once again mold my chakra and channel it to my handwith which I hold the rubber balloon, as I do that, I try to cause the rubber ballon to burst by addin power to the spinning effect of my chakra, causing rotation and also adding more power to the spin, I try to cause my chakra to rotate in as many directions as possible while also adding as much power as possible to the rotation, I continue to focus more chakra to increase the power of the spin as high as possible as I do that, I continue focusing more chakra, increasing its power till it bursts*
