Now there r some thngs which i still dont get. What obito wanted was to make a world of winners where he would be with rin. He said he did nt care anythng. When he had already got the kurama in his possession fr the eye of the moon plan, why did he summon it to destroy konoha. He could have taken it along with him nd nt loose it there. If he had grudge against kakashi, then why the entire village.

The fact that he let kakashi live shows that he had no intention to kill anyone.

Any thoughts..............

Maybe he thought it would be better if he could get rid of the hidden leaf village and have much less enemies in future.

to take the village down before word spread about who he is and what he is doing and so they don't come after him and try to stall his plans. It is not like he had any reason to think someone was going to take him and kurama down. Why would he do it knowing he would get stripped of the tailed beast ? Your question kinda answers itself lol

i guess he wanted konoha destroyed and the kyuubi....i dont think he planned on it not being in his control.....i think his plan wasw destroy konoha and bring his new pet kurama with him....but his plan failed when minato released the kyuubi from him and rasenganed him like a boss.....basically he was arrogant

Because he didn't have the other tailed beasts yet. The gedo mazo must have sealed the 1-8 tails first and then the 9 tails, otherwise it would brake apart(itachi stated that when sealing/catching the 4 tails). And the jinchuuriki was to dangerous, so if he would take her hostage and wait to long, she would've been healed and gone on rampage and this is a great risk.

He could've easily left out of the village with Kyuubi, but he did the attack for revenge against Minato I'm guessing.

i dont thnk he had any grudge against minato. Minato came to stop him by there was no need to summon the 9 tails.

Must have underestimated Minato's powers, to think he could destroy Konoha.

Honestly, I think it was an act of passion encited by Rin's death and hearing what Kakashi said. He wasn't thinking it through and he made a reckless move out of anger, which cost him the Kyuubi for a good while.

well my guess is what most people have been saying that he wanted rid of the leaf as they are one of the top powers in the naruto world also he probably wanted to keep the leaf quite by destroying but he underestimated minato and the leaf manly minato as he put a stop to his plans for 12 to 16 years
