Lol just started 2months ago legit man.. On a bulk currently, but do I really look all that cut? I gained 30lbs(fat and muscle) over the 2months.. Other than that all I did was football.

yeah dude im definitely mirin haha what was your diet like/what supps did you take? im definitely trying to gain that kind of weight

hahaha man I don't trust that pre-workout stuff, first off its way expensive and second when you take it your heart feels like its going to explode. As for protein it sort of helps, and creatine (which i took for a little bit) helped me gain about 10lbs, but nothing is more important than a good diet and getting lots of sleep. Both of which are difficult to manage when your going to school full time and working two jobs :/

I know you're mirin' lol. (what's your username on bodybuilding.com.. I know you've got to have one because you know that term ;))

My diet is so bad bro, seriously.. Since i'm a hard gainer I eat usually anything fast food related.. But on weekdays I usually stay with lean meats, vegitables, milk just the regular healthy foods. My supplements, I take creatine, Muscle milk/whey protein. Sometimes I mix them because well I'm a boss :cool: and I like the extra calories/protein.

Just remembered.. Gotta take some Whey right now.

Thanks man, sports helped.. A lot. Also my next VS thread is probably Tuesday I keep having to change the date due to my schedule being so busy..

I'm 5'9 1/2 .. 165lb's .. My goal is 220lbs..
My current stats are..

Benchpress:260
Squat:425
Deadlift:320

I'm 190 5'11'. I haven't maxed out in a while. Last time I did was a couple years ago and bench was 315, squat was 455, clean and jerk was 275. That was when I was about 175 lbs (profile pic). I wrestle at Oklahoma State so I work out every day with that and lift every other day in the mornings.

I think it is weird seeing people say they want to lose 10-20 lbs in months to a year because I weighed about 215 in August after taking the summer off from wrestling. If you want to lose weight then go through wrestling workouts. Fat will shed off fast.

And wrestling, try soccer even though I don't play it anymore due to the immense amount of cardio (sheds to many calories) I just stick to football, wrestling, basketball, and track(100 or 200meters only)

Might sound a little cheesy but I do P90X three times a year, and take a month off each time I do it to complete my own routine.

My own routine consists of a lot of Isometric exercises and a ton of interval training. This routine is something I came up with myself and I try to keep it as strict and intense as I can throughout the whole month. I make sure to take off 1-2 days a week because while the work outs are traditionally shorter than an average 60 minute P90X routine, they are much more exhausting.

I find that a lot of heavy lifting only leads to injury in a lot of cases, not me in particular but to a lot of my friends that tried to exceed there own limits. This is why I avoid heavy lifting and stick to resistance training, plyometric aerobics, isometric lifting, and interval training.

haha so it appears u are aware... Its TheRawkLawbstah, I haven't been on there nearly as much as I should. Thats like my exact same diet and supps i eat so much bad stuff but my metabolism is so fast it doesn't affect me at all, I've been trying to get my calories up to 3000-4000 a day but foods expensive!! lol

High metabolism can gtfo when trying to gain weight.. I'm currently eating 3-4.3k calories a day.. (Lol no lie 6-7 cheese burgers, fries large milkshake and protein powder + other crap I eat) Yeah i'm not on there much either.. Username:BragginRightz

yeah man I'll love my metablosim when I'm older but right now its just a pain. but dude do your parents own a restaurant or something where the hell are you getting 6 burgers a day from??? lol

I could never get into soccer. Stuck with football, wrestling and track in high school. I was a hurdler and quarter guy myself.
