No its futon xd .
Without naruto wiki ! Futon is the term used to describe the use of air currents and such in the naruto verse. Futon translates directly to Wind release(I believe). In real life wind is is nothing more than air being blown in a certain direction. In a smaller scale it could be me blowing a piece of paper off my table. On a large scale it could be the formation of a hurricane that is heading towards my state right now ( -__- ).
Two notible users of Futon are Danzo shimura and Naruto Uzumaki.

In the narutoverse its primarily used to deal large amounts of cutting and blowback power of short to long ranges. It also serves as a spreader in assisting katon justus inflict more damage. Futon can also be used along side a blade to assist in the overall cutting power of the weapon .

Sasuke takes deep long breathes, and begins breathing in time with the wind, as it blows around, feeling the breeze as it hits and enters my body. Sasuke then is Beginning to feel the flow of the wind as it runs around clashes with his body which then splits into two. I take note that as the wind hits my body it splits into two and keeps flowing continuing on(Stream of wind splits in to). Also feeling around me I feel the wind flowing different ways around in different directions swirling while the heat from my body warms the wind over my body and as it flows away cools back down creating rapid temperature changes.

Sasuke starts by turning away from you. He faces off the cliff and beings to breath slowly. He builds up a small amount of futon chakra into his wind pipe and by exhaling he causes a stream of wind capable of blowing somebody's hair back and causing minimum damage.

As the kunai fly at me pretty quickly. I quickly build up futon in my chest and windpipe . And release the built up chakra from my windpipe as an expansive wall of futon. This rambling wall so to speak is able to pick up and render weak attacks as kunai and rocks useless .
