has to be when obito has madara explains his concept and plans to the orphan kids.but even in the death of nagato,when he explains what he plans on using the bijuu for as a weapon of epic destruction to give to one nation at a time so they can use it and spread misery,but in the latest manga tobi explained to use it for the dream world genjutsu 10 or 15 years before nagatos death.that to me is a plothole!but in the end...who gives a fu#k.im actually really liking how the series is comming out!!and i hate the fact that we have to wait two more weeks till the next one comes out!

It isn't a plothole. Obito and Madara were using Nagato. They let him think that is what the Bijuu's would be used for.

Obito and Madara were just planning on using Nagato's power. Obito never cared about making a weapon since the things that happen in the real world are now irrelavant to him.

Yea, i think i just concluded that nagato's own plan was a lie and he knew it. Cause he didn't need the biju, he had rennin tensei and diedara. Diedara does his "finally art" only with full chakra inside, or possible even near a village and that's a village gone. Then use rennin tensei -- rinse and repeat. That on it's own was the "ultimate weapon" he needed. So i think he was gatther the buju for something else and he knew it, but just simply lied to naruto.

They never told him that's what the bijuu were going to be used for, that's just what nagato planned on using them for against tobi's plans.
