Judging by what was shown i think he will turn good ..its probably the only way he can get out of itachi's tec..
if he does turn good he'll probably go back to the orphanage since he has people there that care for him.

I think he will eventually come out of the loop and redeem himself. But having lost all of his newfound powers and reduced to his standard medical skills he will become completely useless in comparision to the big guys and unlikely to ever play a big role in something important anymore. In other words, he will become good, and like many villains who have a change of heart, he will be fodderized in the process.
