So kabuto used the edo tensei and nagato was revived with his rinnegan(though, i don't know how that happened since his rinnegan got removed.)

So, why didn't anyone try to take Nagato's set of Rinnegan? Sure it'd be hard, but worth it?

Also, are there two sets of rinnegan? Tobi's and Madara's? though they all belong to madaraXD eternal rinnegan.

Nagato was resurrected by kabuto, before Obito took them.. edo tensei doesnt resurrect the orginal body, but instead a similar one created by mud

no one knew where Nagato's real body was (except konan) so obito fought konan and took them (this was after kabuto already revived him)

huge edo plot hole. I don't get how Nagato was revived with the rinnegan if they were implanted in him. That was an external force that implanted them in him he was not born with them so nagato should have not been revived with the rinnegan

Danzo was also resurrected with his poison bag. Whatever happens to the body before death will remain so when being Edo Tensei'd. It doesn't matter what you were born with. And what happens to the body after death doesn't affect the Edo Tensei result.

are you reading the same manga as me? youre brought back the same way you were when you died. ex. nagato's rinnegan, itachi's ms. madara was the only exception. theres no plot hole.

You can't take an edo's eyes. The sacrificed body is surrounded by dirt and clay and made to look like a replica of the dead soul tied to the world. If you were to take the eye(s) out then it would just disintegrate/regenerate
