i guess sasuke and naruto both don"t need to become chounin.they are in the list of world's strongest top 10 shinobi. and it would be such a disgrace for them to even step in chounin exams.

If I remember correctly Naruto didnt pass first stage of Chuunin exams becuase of his knowledge. Lee is no Einstein either and he became Chuunin.

Besides, just becuase some village uses different methods, doesnt mean that they have lower requirements for their Kages. So yeah, if 2nd Mizukage was smart enough to become one, then Naruto also will be.

Alright ,I guess I lost this one.But during an enemy invasion,we need many instant decisions and it is hard to imagine Naruto handling all that heat.He will dump everything on shikamaru.By the way shikamaru can become a fine hokage,if he doesn't complain about all that work
