-The Mizukages Genjutsu shouldn't work against Itachi b/c of his sharigan
-The Mizukages water techs would create a problem for Itachi maybe, but I would expect that Itachi would be okay since he's been around Kisame for a while now.
-Itachi's Gen should work on the Mizukage.

i dont see how itachi will counter jokey boy.. if anyone can come up with an answer then Itachi wins.. that's the only problem for Itachi

i still dont see how he can keep up with joki boys speed, water/oil clone or of the explosion. its not chakra so yata mirror is unable to stop it. gaara did it through his fathers gold sticking to it. and we are told even muu was unable to bring it down and that was the reason for his death.
Itachi doesnt have a counter for mizukage turning into oil water like suigetsu..

As for the oil/water part, If he was oil...all he would have to do is throw a fire technique at him and he'll blow in flames.
This is healthy Itachi.

2nd miz is without a doubt strong
he has high level water jutsu but itachi maybe able to evade and use susanoo for protection
his claim genjutsu wouldnt pose a threat too itachi because of the sharnigan
Jokey boy is the biggest threat but i think itachi would be able to surive this jutsu and find a way.to defeat.him
imo itachi takes this fight

If they have no intel on each other and 100% intent to kill I'd say Itachi would take it.

Mizukage would be finished before he uses Jokey boy, thats just how Itachi rolls, he knows his weaknesses and would end it ASAP.

If the Mizukage managed to use Jokey boy it would be alot more difficult for Itachi, however Itachis base speed is extremely quick, he would be able to avoid Jokey boy, if Itachi can avoid it, he is smart enough to realise that there is no point countering Jokey boy, rather deal with the Mizukage then run like hell =)

This could go either way or even both of them dying.

I like the both of them but itachi's analysing and tec skills are simply overwhelming for the mizukage, itachis susanoo is perfect deterrent for joki boi given its capabilities as a defence and offence type of tec. would be perfect while Itachi locates the weakened mizukage, or another possibility is he could temporarily seal joki boi maybe, or from the get go cast tsukyomi.

itachi is a master of deception and illusion.
he will put mizukage in a genjutsu just like he does to everyone he faces. There hasnt been one time itachi has failed to put someone in a genjutsu. (except SM kabuto.)

Joki boy is mizu only defense, well, Susanno counters that
mizu will be put in one without even knowing how. Explain how Mizu counters itachi tsukoyomi or other genjutsu, AMATERASU burns the hell outta mizu, he has no speed feat. So he cant counter that either
