Keith: -chuckles softly- Something always gets in the way before I can ask....-sits on the bed on holds her- Sleep well...

-kisses her forehead-

*Nero comes to the door and whispers, "Keith, come here."

*continues to sleep, oblivious to what's going on*

"I've been researching." *Starts to walk back to the computer.* "If you serve me, I will remove the demon. Same with Amy. After everything is in place, you will be free. You will serve me for a while, then you may go where you will, even if that means betraying me... again." *Sits at the computer.* "Amy has been researching it awhile. She was wrong on one point. The demon isn't a disease, per se. It's an adaptation to the mutant virus. This will destroy both." *Runs a simulation.*

Keith: This...this is great news! With all of us, this problem wont take long at all...then were free...-looks down- But...Amy will probably go on her own way...and ill be back to being a mercenary with no home....-sits on couch and looks at feet-

*Gets up and puts a hand on Keith's shoulder.* "You are always welcome to rejoin the Black Skulls, if you wish. Or you can follow her. Your choice."

Keith: Theres no point.....-a tear rolls down his face and he stands up, grabbing the keys to the bike- Ill be back....

-walks out door and hops on the bike-

*wakes up while they're out the room, climbs onto the windowsill and swings to sit on the roof of the base*

"Hmmmm...." *Nero looks down, thinking, then goes to Amy's room and sees that she's not there.* "Amy? I need to talk to you."

Keith: -turns key and the bike roars as he pulls out and drives down the road-

*sat on the roof, looking up at the sky, eyes as black as night* Sir?

Keith: -makes it to a burned out military base and walks behind it looking at three graves- Hey....been awhile since ive been here I know...-lowers head- I had to talk with you...well sorta..

You will be one my highest lieutenants. Then, when I have what I want, you are free to do as you wish."

Keith: I wish you guys were here....-looks at the middle one- Especially you Allen...you could probably help me out with this Amy stuff...I just dont know dude..once all this over, she'll probably just leave me...and I cant go back to the black skulls. I cant...so id have nothing. -smiles sadly- You think id be used to it....
