I believe Mito Uzumaki was very strong , considering she able to seal the Kyuubi within herself IN MIDST OF A BATTLE , so her chakra was quite incredible + she must be able to use the kyuubi's chakra to her binding possibly..Like the KM possibly..

The reason why Sakura is mentioned is because she has taken after the strongest female. She packs the punch, she may cry a lot...but physically she's second strongest to Tsunade.
Hinata...if she could just learn to put Naruto aside for a moment and perfect the Gentle fist, then she'd be a beast.

We don't know if in the midst of a battle. It was mention that indeed she helped Hashirama with sealing Kyuubi inside her, but other than that nothing was mentioned.

Sakura why? Even if people don't like her for her personality, but feats wise she has the chance of 1 hit kill. Don't forget she uses the same technique as a Tsunade.

As for Tsunade, she wasn't called world strongest kunoichi for nothing. Her body resisted Pein's full Shinra Tensei without activating any tech on her, the tech she had was all poured into Katsuyu to heal the others. So I'm afraid Konan's explosive tags wouldn't harm her that much.

Anyway, in the end this is not a vs. thread.

And Hinata... well, if she would focus more on training, meaning Kishi would develop her more, she could be badass as well.
In the end she's a Hyuga, one of Konoha's strongest clans.

Kushina is the strongest with almost no competition. Fending off Kurama alone and preveting any interference from Hiruzen while dying? No kunoichi other than her and Mito could have done that.
Mito is another strong female. We are yet to see her fighting, but we were informed she sucessfully sealed the Kyuubi in battle and got the ability to sense negative emotions. Considering you must use the Nine-Tails Chakra Mode in order to use this skill I presume she had some control over Kurama's powers even if she didn't befriend her. She could have been incredibly fast.
Tsunade probably gets the third place. Since the fight with Madara we finally learned how difficult is to kill her. Strength alone doesn't impress me much nowadays, but since she has shown Byakugou she became an amazing tanker. My only concern about her used to be her survival skills since the manga became a festival of fatal skills that would probably kill her before she got the opportunity to use healing on herself. An instant healing mode solved the problem, she can tank almost everything while reaching the opponent and land the blow, making her skills practical again.
