Description: A powerful technique of wind nature chakra that can cut and slash through any material. Now, for this technique i would like you to focus your chakra into one of your hands. Now i would like you to swipe that hand releasing a wave that can be controlled by you. But remember, this can only be used in close range. You can conjoin this with close up taijutsu. Also you can swipe you hands in a fast motion/rapid-fire creating three crescent blades of wind.

Advantages:

• Excellent defensive capability against wind techniques
• Simple and easy to perform, and thus can be used to defend in a variety of situations without relying on handseals

Disadvantages:

• Defensive ability doesn't apply to non wind techniques
• Short range of effectiveness

How it Works:
The user creates a wind gust in much the same way as before except in this instance a powerful vacuum is created in a small space which counteracts the high pressure systems of most wind techniques. This vacuum can be adapted to suit the technique it is counteracting to a point where it can dissipate any C rank or lower wind technique. This jutsu however has no effect on other elemental types.

The user can remain in one spot for the use of the technique, because he or she can direct it anywhere they desire. Therefore, the user can increase the direction and power of the technique to the maximum as a last resort.

This is a very cool technique imo. Ok, i would like you to perform the Tiger → Hare → Dragon handseals creating a cyclone of flowers @_@. This technique can reach long range. Handseals:

Advantages:

• Long range with short range capability
• Missiles can be increased in intensity and also controlled in direction
• Is well suited to being used in combination
• Ability to manipulate the missiles after use makes the jutsu more suitable for mobile combat than other techniques requiring handseals. Also makes it easier for the user to stay in a position of advantage.
• Can be combined with the use of other elements
• Flowers also have potential to obscure the vision of the opponent

Disadvantages:

• Requires handseals to perform, therefore not suitable for weapon or extremely mobile use

How is it performed:
The Jutsu is performed by creating a vortex of air using the usual techniques of compressed air through chakra manipulation. In this case however the user also summons a large number of petals or leaves of any kind that add the ability to control the intensity and direction of the jutsu. This is achievable as each petal is shaved to be razor sharp like most wind techniques allow, and their light mass and great surface area allows their shape and angle to be controlled by the users chakra, thus manipulating the structure of the vortex and allowing its velocity to be altered.

How it Works
The user focuses their chakra in their weapon or limb and slashes it through the air. The slash creates a force of wind that is amplified by the users chakra control to create a much larger wave of wind that grows as it gets further away from the user. This wave contains thousands of tiny particles of dust and debris that each act as tiny blades capable of cutting through some of the strongest materials, and having a powerful range of effect.
