Why do people take people's powers away and rate them?

There has been alot of threads to compare/ rate someone without some of there abilities. But you can't rate someone takin there main power away because it changes the person completely. Take Naruto's shadow clone jutsu away he wouldn't learn how to use rasengan or add wind chakra to he's moves. Take kakashi's sharingan swathe loses all the Justus he's copied.
Those are just 2 examples. You can't take someone's power away because that is what the person has used since day one and all there moves depend on it

I read your thread it was ok. Someone made one like it to. Saying if you destroy he's seal how strong is he that's diffrent then saying can use it at all. And by the way even if someone destroyed he's kunai seals he can place seals with he's hand like he did on Bees tentacle

Please explain to me how someone can take FTG away from him? By destroying a kunai? Not that simple buddy. He can pick up a pebble put his seal on it and toss it at you. It's still FTG. Or he could speed blitz you and touch you. Guess what that's called. Oh yeah FTG jutsu. That was a bold statement you made. No one I repeat no one can disable FTG from minatos arsenal. It works in many ways. With the touch of a finger is one way.
