hmm i think not... he was going blind after a few spar with naruto... kakashi may have low chakara lvl but he has better tactics in battle and also is more strategy while in battle. If it came to it, he would have kamui sasuke... lets face it, Sasuke aint no Itachi :]

Sasuke is shown to recover a hell lot faster at all occasions whenever he spammed his amatersu and Sussano. Kakashi, I don't think so. Also, this 'didn't want to kill him' is a pointless logic, because he used Kamui to save himself and nothing more. Even if he did want to kill him, the situation would have been the same.

You forgot one important thing. Sasuke ran out of chakra after he shot the arrows. His susano faded and he wasnt even able to activate his ms. Kakashi would have schooled him.

The two arrows were launched in succession. Kamui point maybe instant, but it takes times for it to warp objects, as it can be seen with Deidara fight, and Pein arc. When Kamui begins it then starts to warp the space around it. He did it for one arrow, and when it started sucking it in, the second arrow got lost in the process as well. Since the manga doesn't show two kamuis, it means he only used one.

Kamawair requires the user to use a substitution technique beforehand, as in case of Bee. He only used Substitution when his tentacle was cut AND the flames were turned off. We are talking about a scenario where they met after Danzo fight, not a one-on-one fight like you are suggesting. How would he prepare then?

Kakashi himself was completely worn out after using Kamui. It would take him a bit of time to recover from the usage. Also, he was going blind, but was not completely blind. Two very different things.

Exactly kakashi ran to save sakura and his body gave out on him causing him to stumble. If kakashi would have rush sasuke for a killing blow (lightning blade) he still would have stumble and wasted chakra on raikiri giving sasuke to counter
