If Itachi reallllly wanted EMS

So we saw when Itachi killed off the Uchiha Sasuke activated his base Sharingan as a wittle boy.
And when Itachi and Sasuke fight at the Uchiha hideout Itachi states that if he takes Sasuke's eyes he will have EMS.

But Sasuke doesnt have a Mangekyo, so you dont need 2 sets Mangekyo, just 1 set of MS, and a replacement Sharingan set.

So Itachi should have just killed Sasuke when he was a little kid and taken his base 1 tomoe sharingan and had EMS.

But Itachi is a little vagina and wouldnt do that.
Cause it doesnt make sense that he would try to fool Sasuke into thinking he actually wanted his eyes when Sasuke could have/should have known it wouldnt do anything cause he didnt have a Mangekyo.

cause he did read the lithographs and everything. And Itachi told him how to get it.
So Sasuke should have been like, "yo i dont have MS, whys this nigga takin my eyes."
someone show me im wrong?? Cause if not Getting EMS is nothing special..

We don't know that. It's speculation, but he probably had the capability to unlock sasuke's ms himself. It was all a lie anyway so it's most likely that he was lying about still wanting his eyes even without ms.

itachi had the POTENTIAL of being more powerful then even madara. he is hands down the most intellegent/capable person we've seen thus far in the naruto universe, with the exception of minato. he simply wasn't evil and didnt care enough about power to obtain the power that im guessing sasuke will soon have. even though sasuke is destined to obtain even greater power then madara (im guessing) he still wouldn't and couldn't be as badass as itachi because he lacks the supreme intellectual capability that itachi possessed. just imagine a evil power hungry itachi. im sure he would've had rinnegan and ems if he wanted.
