No..Sasuke attacked the kage summit and nearly got killed by danzo. kakashi would have murdered sasuke then and there. he did not have enough chakra to kill kakashi.

i think the second arrow if ever sasuke used it to kakashi, maybe kakashi would dodge it, kakashi used his kamui to the 1st arrow released by sasuke's susanoo because kakashi didn't expect it and because it was to fast there is nothing to do but to use his kamui and kakashi was to clever he will be aware for the 2nd time if sasuke would release another one, and remember that kakashi's kamui is also like an amaterasu and the only difference is, amaterasu burns the target by black flame and kamui warp the targets by black hole.haha and kamui is also dangerous like what happen to deidera's hands

Personally I think kakashi smarter but kakshi can't beat sasuke may be before he got susano and amaturasu. Sasuke is still highly intellegent

i agree with u nd as far as i remember Sasuke was almost out of chakra even less than Kakashi. His susanoo got deactivated nd he was almost out of eyesight. Kakashi had the upperhand. I dont kno why Sakura had to jump in the middle. Nd as u said it seems obvious that an elite like Kakashi was holding back then.

He basically fought Zabuza 1v1 even in Part I. While he had his Genin team which included a worthless Sakura, a Sasuke who only awakened his 2-tomoe Sharingan at the end of his fight, and a Naruto who didn't use the Kyuubi chakra until the end against an experienced Ice-Style user. At the time, Naruto and Sasuke couldn't fight to kill (it was mentioned) and Haku was willing to if he had to. Before Sasuke awakened his Sharingan and Naruto used the Kyuubi chakra, they were actually more of a HINDRANCE to Kakashi than a help.

Kakashi also has a HUGE variety of jutsus including earth style and water style to fight sasukes lightning style, and fire style.I believe kakashi can take sasuke. but the story will never go that direction
