Yes and no... His powers Definelty far exceed narutos sage mode but as for all sage mode no. If you remember Kabuto had a sage mode that was Redicoulesly powerful especially the fact that he used one Jutsu that stopped both Itachi and Sasuke dead in their tracks. The only way they could escape was by useing a genjutsu on each other to free Them just in time... If madara fought Kabuto alone he could still possibly lose if stunned by that same Jutsu then sealed... Knowing that Kabuto was orochimaru's Apprentice/helper/Whatever
He would most Definelty know some sealing Justus.
