Rayleigh Can be shanks's Dad?

I was thinking that what if shank's dad is Rayleigh.

They both look the same and use powerful Haki. I did not see white beard having that kind of power.
In sabody Rayleigh says "I always wanted to see you Luffy" because he has his son's hat and shanks gave his arm for luffy.
I think back then when he was still a pirate he took his son along with him.

Meh, I highly doubt it. Gol D. Roger gave that hat to Shanks and Rayleigh may have just wanted to see who Shanks gave it to. In my opinion the hat stands for ambition to be number one with a golden heart and rule the seas with pride. Maybe that hat has been passed down to people who have the ambition and determination to be The King Of Pirates.
