5years in the dimension = 3years in the real world
The story continues after they have finished with the training they head for the real world where everything is different and it's nothing like Naruto remembers ..immune to the moon eye plan genjutsu they go around looking at the hell that madara has passed on people there was no peace everyone was enslaved to madaras will enraged Naruto sought to kill madara, while they were wandering they stumble upon a trap set by the resistance to capture madaras troops ..
The resistance was led by Sakura ( yes people Sakura ) everyone had grown up and lost the weaknesses that kept them in the dark the main members of the resistance were k11 and a few other strong unknown .. ( they used to be fodder.) ..moving on when Sakura saw Naruto she didn't believe it at first she thought it was an illusion .. Naruto looked abit older than ten and had long hair ( like minato but abit longer : don't Judge me) and while still in shock she saw obito the man who killed Kakashi and started the war of madara she wanted to kill him but Naruto stopped her and explained everything to the resistance and they told Naruto everything and they prepared for an attack to madara and they entrusted all their hopes of freedom to Naruto..
Naruto and obito launch an attack to where madara was living while the resistance faught the clones of madara( the troops) ..the fight went on for days and they where being overwhelmed by madara ..obito injured Naruto had to fight hard to prolotect him and the resistance but madara grew inpatient so he attacked Naruto with a fatal blow that should have killed him , while he was losing counsious he was losing hope and giving up ..that's when he met everyone who believed him him all those who died ( minato , Kushina , Kakashi , past kages , jins ) they remind him that he never gave up and showed him what he did to help everyone : flash backs - they tell him never give up and to believe in himself like they do .. Naruto wakes up by his will and he uses everything he has and suppresses the juubis power ( shows all the people in the vision all behind him helping him he seals madara and seals the juubi inside him
The long fight ends and he cancel the genjutsu over everyone and the scene wasn't as nice as most of the people died trying to take down madara .. The resistance had suffered a great loss ..everyone goes back to what was left of their villages not much had changed but there was no kages so all the people had to start from the beginning choose kages to lead them and restore their villages and maintain peace
The new hokage was hinata chosen to maintain peace and love in the village .. Naruto married hinata and they lead a happy life had 2 sons and a daughter .. Everyone had moved on but where there is light there is always darkness so what awaited the sons and daughter of the legendary host of the juubi
that's a different story Those wondering about sasuke they say he is still on his journey to meet the ones who know everything till this day
