I think Fuu could bump several females off your list, hell yugito could as well, and mito had enough control over the fox to sense emotions, mei and kushina are pretty decent, Tsunade is hard 2 kill, but I feel like she lacks offense to be the best, even though she can without a doubt outlive almost anyone in the series
